A nationwide English program built around children.
Peppy Kids Club is one of Japan’s established children’s English programs, operated by iTTTi Japan. It serves more than 120,000 students in over 1,500 classrooms across all 47 prefectures.
Lessons help children build confidence, enjoy communicating in English, and develop an interest in the wider world. Teachers receive structured training, established lesson plans, classroom materials, and continued support.

Previous experience is helpful, but it is not required for every applicant. Training and established materials help successful candidates prepare.

Placement preferences may be considered, but a specific city or region cannot always be guaranteed.

What a typical teaching day looks like.
Morning — Your time
Use the morning for errands, exploring, hobbies, or rest.
1:00–1:30 PM — Travel to class
Commute approximately 40–80 minutes by train, subway, or bus.
Afternoon and evening — Teach
Prepare the classroom, greet families, teach, complete paperwork, tidy, and lock up.
Good to know
Plan for an 8–9 hour day including commuting.
Teachers may work across several classrooms during the month. Placements are generally in suburbs, regional centres, and smaller towns rather than Tokyo, Yokohama, or Osaka.
Optional single-occupancy, semi-furnished housing is available. No shared accommodation or key money is required.
